Your products will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Please consider reusing your packaging to help the environment. 

If you are ordering through an organisation then you have the option of having our cards delivered as part of the group order. If you prefer you can choose to have them delivered directly to your home using our standard service (for prices see above)

If you place an order for a custom item I will contact you to inform you of accurate shipping schedules. 

I normally ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once I have received payment I will package your off-the-shelf item ready for the next dispatch day. For custom orders I will be in touch with you after I receive your order to discuss your requirements and then let you know the likely shipping date.

In the UK I use First Class Royal Mail which should take 1-2 days.

If you are in a particular hurry for your item you can upgrade from the usual shipping service at extra cost.

Returns

I am sorry but due to the individuality of design service I am not able to offer refunds on custom items. Hopefully you and your child will be so delighted with the result you won’t want to let it out of your sight!

For off-the-shelf items I can offer refunds/exchanges although you will be responsible for return postage. 

If you have any problems with your order then please just contact me and I will always do my best to resolve the issue.

In all instances, please be sure to contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. (I also love to hear from happy customers, particularly if I have created a custom item for you!).
