Q What inspired you to work in this way with children's creative work?
A It started as a way of sharing my son's special moments of creativity with wider friends and family by creating unique greetings cards for occasions throughout the year. I soon realised from the delighted response that there was opportunity to develop a business to allow other people to do the same. With a background in product design I am particularly interested in finding ways of applying children's designs to developing a range of products.
Q Will the colours of the finished product be the same as the originial and those that I see on the digital proof?
A We will do our best to interpret your requirements to make judgements about colour reproduction but you must be aware that there will always be variations on the colour display that you see on different monitors.
Q Who owns the copyright?
A The copyright of the original artwork remains the property of the artist. The copyright of the design that is created from the original belongs to us although we will never reproduce the new image without your permission.
Q Is it possible to combine more than one child's artwork into one design?
A Yes absolutely! We really enjoy creating a design for you that incorporates artwork from more than one child.
Q Can we include a hand-written signature on the reverse of the card?
A Of course, including a hand written signature is a lovely way of making the card even more personal.
